Our affiliate is led by Executive Director, Pam Kensler. Pam joined our staff in February 2020 after serving as a member of our board until that time. She comes to Sandusky County Habitat for Humanity with nearly 20 years of volunteering at various Habitat affiliates around the state of Ohio, service trips in response to Natural Disasters in Cedar Rapids & New Orleans, Alternative Spring Break Trips to Florida & Texas, as well as a month long international service trip in support of Habitat for Humanity-Lesotho. Pam represents our affiliate as part of the Sandusky County Homeless Coalition and Creating Healthy Communities Coalition (Sandusky County Public Health).

In addition to her work at Habitat for Humanity, Pam volunteers as co-chair of Sandusky County Community Christmas and a member of the Board of Directors at Oesterlen Service for Youth (Springfield, Ohio). She was also honored as the Sandusky County Young Professional of the Year in 2021 and is an active member with Sandusky County Young Professionals Group.

Dawn Krauss is our Marketing and Events Coordinator.  Dawn joined our staff in February 2023 after volunteering on several builds around the Sandusky County area.  Dawn came to us with a varied career background, thus many different skills that she is putting to work in making contacts and getting the word out about Habitat for Humanity's mission and vision for the world. You will see her around the county, working to make connections with individuals and businesses alike to grow our impact in the communities we serve.

Dawn lives outside of Fremont with her kids and pets on her family farm, and works with an animal rescue part time as well.
