Help Out Right Here In Sandusky County
YOU can help by giving your gift of time!
Home Builds
Volunteers make possible our mission of providing a hand up, not a hand out. We rely on the generous donation of time and skills of our donors to continue providing the strength, stability and self-reliance that home ownership allows each of our future homeowners to experience.
Volunteers are needed to work on our 2024 build projects in Fremont and later this year in Gibsonburg. Our future homeowners will be working right alongside our volunteers as well as some of our current homeowners that continue to volunteer.
Ramp Program
Our ramp program for the differently abled is up and running! These are reusable aluminum modular ramps that are installed by a team of volunteers. When they are no longer needed, they are removed and placed elsewhere for someone else's use.
If you are interested in volunteering for the installation team, or if you or someone you know is in need of a ramp please call the Habitat office at
(419) 355-1257.
Future Growth
As this affiliate grows, our capability to add different programs grows, too! We are looking to the future needs of the communities we serve, so please, keep checking back for new and additional opportunities to get involved with your local Habitat For Humanity!
