Our transitional workforce development program is open to recent graduates of vocational or technical schools. Current seniors are also encouraged to apply.
As a member of our Workforce Development Crew, you will gain on the job skills training as well as mentoring to complete your career success plan. It is our goal that you will make a significant difference in our mission growth while also gaining the confidence you need to take the next step in your skilled trades career.
